Description

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, manages the outpatient diabetes program for Providence Physician Group. Assures the efficient and effective function of the program while also providing services as a Certified Diabetes Educator.

Required Qualifications:



  • Associates Degree in Graduate of accredited Nursing School, RN.
  • upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • within 1 year of hire: Certification as a diabetes educator.
  • Patient Care Experience.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Nutrition.
  • upon hire: Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI).
  • Case Management Experience.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
