About the Job | |
We are looking for an expert, hands-on, innovative applications programmer to lead Digital Transformation Initiatives. The Digital Transformation team is tasked with improving outcomes by designing, implementing, and maintaining digital forms and workflows that enable campus departments to transform their legacy business processes into highly integrated, streamlined, and efficient business processes, allowing innovation at the edge. The successful candidate must possess experience working with an expansive set of enterprise applications and business domains such as Hyland OnBase, DocuSign, Salesforce (CRM), or Mulesoft (API). With a focus on software development in languages like C/Java, JavaScript, and SQL. As the lead applications programmer, you will work closely with three other developers and end-users across the entire organization, including business and academics. The roles central focus will be to design and implement strategies to elevate the user experience that help meet the mission and strategic vision of the organization. To further ensure success as an applications programmer, the candidate should have mastery level skills in operations, customer relations, code development/deployment, testing/quality assurance, process discipline, metadata management, and documentation. An outstanding programmer analyst will exhibit advanced application architecture skills and extensive industry knowledge that can transform developmental needs into human-centered and user-friendly digital experiences.
